Last week I spoke at the first @cursor_ai Cafe event in Costa Rica (now @spacexai ). Those of you who know me know how passionate I am about sharing what I'm learning, so getting to do this here felt like a gift from the universe 🚀 🪐
In my presentation I walked the audience through how I use Cursor as more than a coding assistant and it has become an everything agent for me (I've used Cursor for 2 years already, so I've lots to share and say about it).
Thanks to everyone who came and asked questions. If you're in Costa Rica and are building with AI, make sure to come to the next meet up 🤞I can assure you it will be an enriching experience
Special thanks to @Cbiux_04 for inviting me as a speaker to this first Cafe, and for doing the work to get it off the ground in Costa Rica 🇨🇷 – at San Jose, Costa Rica

Okay @bot is definitely SI, i just asked it to get me setup from scratch on @stripe atlas (preparing myself to make internet money) and it literally even resolved their captcha during sign up 💀 the onboarding was so incredibly smooth I didn’t have to leave the chat once. Folks, what a time to be alive 😭
Started using Grok bot this week, have been playing with Muse from meta on the side as well. So far Grok feels superior, its more proactive, hallucinates a lot less than muse. Grok bot also seems to be able to manage multiple email accounts and calendars more easily, Muse instead struggles a bit with that.

Pretty nice 🙌🙂 i was already making Cursor work with google workspace resources by leveraging the CLI tool (gws) which worked pretty smoothly tbh, i was able to create presentations, maintain spreadsheets and my calendar. I guess now with these plugins the experience will be even smoother 🤞
with the updated gpt pricing, Luna High equals Sonnet High in intelligence but for a fraction of the price 🤔
Had the pleasure of attending the first @cursor_ai meetup in Costa Rica! The tech talks were really interesting, huge thanks to @Cbiux_04 (Costa Rica’s cursor ambassador) and @wmoralesdev (Cursor’s regional ambassador leader) for organizing everything 👏
Sharing a photo from the event with my sister and colleague Hellen Fuentes (AI clearly runs in the family 😄), Walter Morales, and myself
Really enjoyed connecting with the local AI community 🙌
First cursor meetup in Costa Rica 🎉 great to see a lot of builders with this common excitement for getting the most of AI – at Alajuela, Costa Rica
Insane, can’t wait to try it out

Cool stuff. This is a limitation in today’s agents. I would love something similar but for learnings, workflows, user common preferences, etc … say my agent once spent 5 cycles attempting something until it “learned” what was blocking it and succeeded at the task, then the wiki grabs it as a learning so next time the cycle is faster. I know this can be done with Karpathy’s wiki approach (I’m already doing it). However just kinda weird why coding agents like @cursor_ai @claudeai and codex dont do it out of the box.
If you’re not using Cursor AI you’re missing out, their agent harness is at another level. Use the link below to get a 50% discount for your first month 🎉🚀

Just returned from a fascinating couple weeks in China meeting robotics teams/manufacturers and retail/Internet operators. Found @ericjang11 and @vhmth's reflections useful and wanted to share themes/tradeoffs I've been reflecting on.
Came home with more questions than answers!
