Across many of the voice projects I've consulted on lately, one hidden problem emerges with some consistency: content strategy. e.g. "let's recycle this content!" - well, no; often not written for voice, poor metadata, and CMS unfit for purpose.

In just two short years, @Amazon has sold more than 50M Echo devices and Alexa has over 30,000 skills. On top of that all, Alexa is now built into 20,000 different devices. Wow. That speed and scale is impressive.
