Sorted Artists is looking to add a member to the A&R team. Will work closely with me on sonic development + a few other key aspects of what we do. Must have a knack and passion for a broad variety of sounds and looking to take their career in music/management to the next level.
If you’re an artist and not being booked it’s not bc you’re not selling tickets. Selling tickets in today’s environment is so difficult even if prices are kept low. You’re not being booked bc you’re not marketing or branding yourself adequately (or you need to rebrand)
Idk why I’m ranting but it’s probably because I see so many people imitating or doing the same exact thing. Get uncomfortable to get comfortable. Separation and originality from the masses
