Back in the kitchen tomorrow and we can't wait. We have some new dishes on the menu starting with local lamb cooked over coals, lamb sausage, kohlrabi cooked in a barigoule, kohlrabi slaw and our stone baked sourdough, with sticky lamb, lamb fat and garden salad @MichelinGuideUK

Using the fantastic asparagus from @spilman_farming this week at sonnet. Simply cooked over the BBQ with local picked wild garlic from #alnwick, puffed rice, parmesan, on the side a light asparagus & spinach Velouté. @MichelinGuideUK @GoodFoodGuideUK @The_NRAs
Our new rhubarb dessert- do you think it's looks pretty pink? Fantastic rhubarb from @rhubarbrobert @wellocksfood we have a rhubarb mousse, rhubarb curd, poached rhubarb in a vanilla syrup, roasted caramelized white chocolate and vanilla ice cream. @MichelinGuideUK
'Steak & Chips' Steak - fried bread in balsamic custard, smoked Crème fraîche, Dexter beef tartare, beef carpaccio finished with jerky and a few other goodies.
