I appreciate all the feedback (including the challenges) to the work I'm doing with @goranhenriks & others around how we enable deep, profound change as well as continuous incremental change. So it was great to read this thought provoking piece by @sonjabl which compares our emerging themes with her approach called "Waysfinding". We need this new thinking and practice because many of our current approaches to change aren't fast or deep enough: sonjablignaut.medium.com/way…

We demonize complexity when we make it synonymous with "problem".
We know that not all problems are complex, but we need a reminder that complexity is not always a problem.
Complexity isn’t good or bad, it just is. Opportunity also lies within the complexity.

“If you can approach the world’s complexities, both its glories and its horrors, with an attitude of humble curiosity, acknowledging that however deeply you have seen, you have only scratched the surface, you will find worlds within worlds, beauties you could not heretofore imagine, and your own mundane preoccupations will shrink to proper size, not all that important in the greater scheme of things.” ~ @danieldennett
