@FirstCryIndia I am extremely disappointed with the way my entire return issue has been handled.
For over one month, I kept following up regarding a wrong product return request. After so many follow-ups, the return
was suddenly cancelled from your end.
And to make things worse, when the wrong product was finally picked up from my home, your own quality check team approved it and processed the refund.
If QC passed it, how am I at fault?

Why should a customer be asked to self-ship something because of your pickup team and QC mistakes?

Was unhelpful and extremely frustrating. Despite the lengthy conversation, my issue remains unresolved. Moreover, the executive responded very slowly throughout the call, wasting my time and showing no urgency or willingness to assist me effectively.

@Bajaj_Finance Everyday i get so many calls from this pathetic company for some product or the other. I have requested umpteen times to not call me and mark my no. under DND but all in vain. What is it going to take for you guys to stop harassing me? Should i file a complaint?
