I commend @SecDuffy's announcement to enhance safety protocols around airports to better protect against another tragedy. While this is good progress, the ROTOR Act, which I introduced with support from the majority of Congress, would require the FAA to review the actual route designs around airports across the country, and require ADS-B In, a valuable technology that enhances a pilot's situational awareness. @FAANews

Last week, I wrote to Sec. Noem and Sec. Hegseth urging them to issue waivers under the Jones Act for the transportation of energy commodities. Waivers will help address supply disruptions and bolster American national security until disruptions caused by the Iranian regime have abated.
