The AI landscape is changing so fast that the best partners aren’t the ones with the perfect plan. They’re the ones who stay alert to what’s next, and then move when they know.
At @CRN's XChange Best of Breed 2026 Conference, our CEO, Valerie Henderson, shared what we’ve learned building our @AnthropicAI practice. Staying alert meant committing early to Anthropic and building a dedicated practice around Claude. Moving dynamically has meant starting customers with shorter Claude engagements, learning alongside them, and changing course when something isn’t working. Today, about 1,400 of our people hold Anthropic certifications.
Thank you to Joseph Kovar and @CRN for the story, and to @TheChannelCo for hosting.

For organizations, swapping an AI model is the easy part; what's hard to unwind is everything the enterprise builds around it.
As companies connect agents across apps, clouds, and vendors, open protocols are making interoperability easier, but they don't make the architecture portable. In @TechTargetNews's latest article, Ryan Gross, Vice President of Anthropic Consulting & Engineering at Caylent, explains where lock-in really builds up and why a real eval is what makes portability possible.

@awscloud and @AnthropicAI are racing to deploy an army of specialized engineers to prove AI spending will pay off.
In @CNBC’s recent article, the focus is on the push to put forward deployed engineers (FDEs) to work inside enterprises, with Big Tech now spending heavily to build the human workforce needed to prove AI investments are paying off. Our CEO, Val Henderson, shared her perspective on what makes the role so hard to fill: the ability to read a customer and navigate their organization is the toughest skill to teach, and there’s no shortcut for real-world experience.
At Caylent, our FDEs embed with customers to turn AI investment into measurable returns faster, and that’s the approach behind work like:
🚀 @PennymacNews: our FDEs worked alongside their product and engineering teams on an AI-enabled mortgage servicing platform, with some engineering tasks completed up to 6x faster.
🚀 @SmarshInc: our partnership on their agentic SDLC helped them free $5M–$10M in engineering and product capacity to redirect to other work.

Last week, @AnthropicAI released Claude Sonnet 5.5, and it’s bringing substantially stronger coding and professional work to the Sonnet tier, at the same $2/$10 per million token rates as Sonnet 5.
Our latest blog covers the benchmark gains over Sonnet 5, how it compares with Opus 5.5 on cost and effort level, the API changes to plan for, and what’s new in safeguards.
If you’re evaluating where Sonnet 5.5 fits or considering a migration from another Claude model, here’s what you need to know 👉 hubs.li/Q04B5c4G0

AI is reaching production faster than most organizations can measure its value, and deploying it is no longer the hard part.
Companies are running pilots, shipping agents, and reporting productivity gains, yet only 37% have seen any measurable EBIT impact. The challenge now is proving that AI is delivering meaningful business results.
Our new whitepaper, The Business Value Realization of AI, is your playbook for turning AI in production into measurable business value. Inside, we break down:
🚀 Why value realization must run as an operating discipline, not a side project
🚀 How to accelerate AI use case selection with a repeatable, evidence-based process
🚀 How to promote agent authority in cloud operations, one level at a time
🚀 Why customer experience value lives in the full journey, not just the channel
🚀 How to build a delivery system that turns faster code into faster, safer releases

Amazon Pinpoint is being deprecated this month; is your organization ready?
Many organizations rely on Pinpoint for messaging, campaigns, or event tracking, but not every capability is going away. The challenge is understanding what’s being retired, what’s staying, and what needs to be migrated before the deadline. To help teams get clarity quickly, we built an Amazon Pinpoint Deprecation Assessment Tool. It analyzes your usage and provides a clear view of which features are impacted and what actions you may need to take.
Our blog by Brian Tarbox breaks down the deprecation and shows how the tool can help you assess your environment and start planning your migration strategy 👉 hubs.li/Q04znWr_0
