Eastern Europe produces some of the best engineers in the world. Almost nobody talks about it because they're split across small countries and don't have the marketing muscle to promote themselves. The ability to communicate, market, and sell is a learnable skill. You can easily go from being a complete introvert to standing on stage and telling the story of what you're building. But it's not ingrained in the culture in the part of the world I come from. So the best bet is to build a team that covers both, and you have something very few companies have.
