What started as stomach pa!n soon became a fr!ght£ning medical emergency for little Zander and his family.
Doctors discovered a large mass on his k!dn£y, and he was rushed to Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital for urgent treatment.
On Wednesday, Zander underwent major sürg€ry to remove the tum⁰ur, along with his entire left k!dñey. 💔
Thankfully, the surgeons were able to remove the visible mass, and the little boy has been showing encouraging signs of recovery.
His family is holding on to hope and celebrating every small improvement as they begin to see glimpses of their happy little boy again. ❤️🙏
But just when they were hoping for better news, another heartbre@king discovery came.
Preliminary pathology results confirmed that Zander has Wilms tümoür (nephroblastoma), a type of k!dn€y çançer that affects children.
His family is now waiting for the full results to determine whether he will need additional çançer treatment.
For now, his mother remains by his bedside, caring for him, praying for him, and hoping for the best as he begins this d1fficu|t journey.
Just imagine the fear of watching your child go through major sürgéry and then learning that he has çançer. No parent should have to face such heartbre@king uncertainty. 😢

Heavenly Father, please place Your healing hands upon precious Zander. Give him strength as he recovers from sürgéry, guide his doctors in every decision, and let the next test results bring clarity and hope. My granddaughter Violet is one of the sweetest souls on earth. She is just 17. She is in the Lady of the Lake Children's Hospital in ICU with a mass on her brain. She is stable. The doctors are running tests. Plans are for surgery on Tuesday, unless things change. Please continue praying. I will try to keep you all informed. Thank you.

Leonie’s white cell count hit 217 yesterday. When the surgeons started to try & remove the infection, they found it in her spinal cord as well. Leonie’s heart rate and temperature are now an issue because they keep spiking. Her body is losing too much blood as well from the infection. justgiving.com/campaign/team…
They have managed to bring her cell count down to 97 due to the high-strength antibiotics and something, I can't remember the name of. If it's one thing, it's another. QMC have done their own cultures to get a more in-depth result. Leonie’s body is fighting back hard. #FcukYouCp #TeamLeonie 💔
