ALT Honestly, the show has nothing to do with why I think Benedict is a favorite of Violet's! I think the only argument you can make show-wise is Violet giving Benedict her ring. I'm not a fan of Benedict's behavior in his book (for obvious reasons), but I still thought Violet seemed to care more about Benedict and Sophie, which is why I made that conclusion! I think Colin is mistaken as a favorite because he's the favorite of so many others, but I'm curious to see why you think he's Violet's favorite son. As for relationships on the show, I blame the writers. They have proven over and over how much they don't care about the Bridgerton family! Colin is supposed to be the favorite brother but the show isolates him! We got to see more Francesca and Eloise in season 4, but before that we got nothing, when they're supposed to be super close! We got a good amount of ABC, Anthony/Daphne, and Benedict/Eloise, but that's really it, which is a shame!
