However, after reviewing the screen recording together with our own screenshots, Lastfm tracker, comments, and records from the same time period, we would like to clarify what we found. Based on your screen recording, the last “just now” comment indicates that the current song playing was the “Bloody Paradise-Sunoo version.” The liked song that followed, “FEVER,” also has screenshots. We checked our record and the songs that were part around the time shown in your recording, and these show no indication that his songs or his album were played on the ENGENE channel at that time. We also have a screen recording from an ENGENE who had their account parked on the ENGENE channel during the same period, and there were no mentions that these songs were being played. Our long-term ENGENE listeners or streamers already know that Stationhead experiences glitches from time to time. If you are new to Stationhead, you may not know this, but it is important for us to check with our active listeners because if there is an actual problem with the channel or something unusual happens, they are usually the first one to call us out in the comments. This is also why accusing and calling us names through DMs and mentions based only on one person’s screen recording needs to be fact-checked first. There is also an important detail in your screen recording that needs to be considered. At the bottom of the recording, it shows Channels you’ve joined, and below you had joined his channel. We don't know what happened if you joined their channel first and then suddenly switched to the ENGENE channel, which could explain why the glitch happened. Especially since you were using the mobile app, which can experience more glitches. If you join another station and then switch to ENGENE without completely exiting the app, the app can sometimes continue showing or playing songs from the previous station. This is also why we have repeatedly reminded everyone to turn off Autoplay and properly exit the app if you notice an unusual glitch. Some assumed that mentioning Autoplay was simply an excuse to cover up that we were playing his songs. However, we genuinely DO NOT USE or play his songs. We mentioned Autoplay only as a possible explanation for what happened and shared the steps so listeners could check their own Spotify settings and connections. Some listeners were able to resolve the issue after turning Autoplay off, which prevented another artist songs playing. You also keep asking, 'Why does this only seem to happen in our fandom and specifically with his songs?' If you look closely at the screen recording, both channels were joined. If someone joins his channel to stream or check something and then suddenly decided to switch to the ENGENE channel, the glitch can sometimes still show the previous channel’s artist songs even after they have already switched stations. This is also not an issue exclusive to our fandom. Their channel has experienced similar issues as well, and this can happen with other fandoms too, as shown in the last photo. So we kindly ask that this not be treated as something intentional or as proof that we are playing his songs. The timing of when these glitches happen, including when listeners happen to be asleep, is not something we can control. We have also removed the fillers from our playlists to make sure there are no issues coming from the songs being used as fillers. We hope these points can be considered before concluding that the song was actually played on our channel, especially since the screen recording being shared and circulated is from only one person and shows that they had also joined the other channel, which may be one possible reason for the glitch. We also know that some ENGENEs are active fans of both EVAN and ENHYPEN. However, if his songs were actually played on the ENGENE channel, our active listeners would notice and raise the concerns on the comments, as everyone on our channel knows that we do not play his songs. This has been maintained out of respect for one of our loyal streamers who chooses to support the current members, as well as out of respect for the members themselves. Because of this, we also checked the screenshots and tracker records based on the exact time shown in your recording, along with the comments and the time that had already passed. Based on everything we were able to check, there was no indication that this was caused by the host or anything on our side or that we played anything. If you experience a Stationhead glitch, one possible reason is having multiple apps open, not clearing the cache, or leaving Stationhead running in the background. To help avoid this, completely exit the app before opening it again so Stationhead can properly reload and display the correct song. If you have joined another channel before joining ENGENE, please completely exit the Stationhead app first before joining our channel again. Stationhead can experience glitches from time to time, and this is something we cannot control. However, we have already shared steps to help prevent or fix these issues in our previous streaming reminders. Long-time listeners may already be familiar with these steps, but if you’re new to Stationhead, this may be your first time experiencing this type of glitch. With that, we also want to address the concern regarding our playlists. The playlists we have been using have remained the same, and there are no songs from his album included. We also do not add his albums to our playlists. Our ENGENE channel has always prioritized ENHYPEN songs, so we kindly ask everyone to keep this in mind when considering what happened. We have been showing our support for ENHYPEN since 2021 through streaming, as it is one of the simple ways we can support the group. In 2023, we started creating our page to help ENGENEs become more familiar with Stationhead and use it as an alternative way to stream and we are still doing the same today, continuing to show our support through every hosting parties and projects we do for ENHYPEN and ENGENE. We have also publicly shared our stance over the past few months so ENGENES know that our support will always be for ENHYPEN and the current members of the group. We are sharing this to clarify the accusations that we are not fully supporting them because of this issue. We are ENHYPEN fans, and our support is for all six members always. This is really disappointing because these accusations do not only affect us, but also our Stationhead listeners and other long-term streamers who were active during the same period and did not experience the same thing. You are also questioning the listeners who were there throughout the stream and witnessed what was actually being played at the time, including those who have continued to support our channel for a long time. We have our own records, records from active listeners, and the playlists showing what was actually being played. Please fact-check first before making conclusions or accusations. We also want to address the concern regarding the claim that we do not support each member’s solo songs. If you were one of the listeners who joined during their releases, you would know that we have hosted streaming parties for their individual releases and collaborations with their respective fanbases. Their solo songs are still included in our playlists and continue to be played during our daily hosting, just as we have always included and supported the members’ individual releases alongside ENHYPEN’s group songs. If your concern is that we do not always play their solo songs as the focused playlist on the ENGENE channel, we have also explained this through the real-time comments on Stationhead. We allow the respective member fanbases to handle their own focused streaming because we cannot take on all of the work ourselves. This is also why we post their Stationhead accountss and X accounts so ENGENEs can follow them and support their individual members’ milestones directly. We cannot keep interfering with their plans and streaming activities because we also want to respect their own spaces, schedules, and hosting. We keep doing the same thing: explaining the issues, posting reminders, and providing proof whenever necessary. We have also experienced different issues with Stationhead ourselves, which is why whenever we encounter an issue or other listeners experience one, we announce it so streamers will not keep wondering what happened. We have also posted reminders asking everyone to DM us first whenever they experience an unusual issue. The purpose is simple: to check everything first,the records, playlists, trackers, comments, and what other active listeners were experiencing at the same time. This allows us to address the actual issue instead of having an unverified accusation circulate and potentially discourage other people from streaming. There is also the EN_onSpotify playlist that you can use on your own if you do not trust our streaming. We never asked anyone to stream only on Stationhead, and you are free to choose whichever streaming method you are comfortable with. What we cannot accept is being repeatedly accused despite already explaining the situation and providing proof. We have been transparent about the issues we encounter, and we continue to provide records and clarification whenever necessary.
