Bringing the young lads through the academy at Southampton is something I've always been proud of. It was always one of our top priorities.
Appreciate the mention Harry!
Will Theo Walcott make an impact at his former club?
Harry Redknapp believes a return to #SaintsFC is 'a great move' for Theo Walcott as the former @England international completed a loan deal back to St. Mary's. #DeadlineDay

Premier League should sell Cup rights as inept FA continue to ruin competition, insists Rupert Lowe | @justinallen1976
thesun.co.uk/sport/football/…
Our Chairman, Rupert Lowe, is in @TheSunFootball today, talking about player development in the UK, amongst other things.
Was delighted to talk to @justinallen1976 from @TheSunFootball about my time at Saints.
I’m hugely proud of the academy we set up. Only way to compete against the buying culture.
Great to see the likes of Bale, Walcott, Shaw, Lallana etc succeed after starting with us.
