ive worked 250 hrs in the past 30 days and lowkey im down from ~2-4g of ket a day to abt a gram a month socially. ive lowered my amphetamine intake from up to 150mg a day to rarely more than 50mg. everything else just as offered socially. locking in isnt easy but its possible >x<

for reference (depending on what i had access to) i was probably averaging ~2.5g of ket/day ~100mg of amphetamine/day ~400mg of coke/day ~2mg alprazolam/day ~200mg pregabalin/day ~80-200mg 7-OH/day with some sporadic amount of other supplementary items dont ever do this
