Low income families cannot afford to buy in bulk, which costs more from the outset but is cheaper in the long run, so they end up spending more. A £4.5K cargo bike is a bulk spend, which also does not work for families with more than 2 children! @OxLabourCllrs @LibDemsOxon

Yesterday an elderly gentleman in his 70s was in tears regarding the LTNs; He said he was concerned about his spiritual, mental and physical health after the LTNs had drastically restricted his access to the local Mosque.
