In an odd move, AT&T suggested that if I need internet quickly to contact @GetSpectrum. So I did. They are coming Tuesday. @GetSpectrum, you have my forever love and loyalty if you get me setup this weekend so I can actually work on Monday. (3/3)

The technician was VERY helpful, but end of the day I cannot get service unless I run fiber through my house or put about 200 ft of conduit from the pole to my house. (2/3)

As a former @ATT employee, I tried to use their services. I've been a mobile customer as long as they have offered wireless. I attempted to get Fiber Internet today and it was a massive fail. (1/3)

Need help with my Executive Platinum account @AmericanAir - Gate agents can't help; customer service dropped my call after 20 minutes waiting of "web tech"; and 2 emails with no reply. Please DM me.

Frustrating few days with @Hertz not refunding a rental did not pick up. Agent said it would refund automatically, but I’ve now called three times and they’ve yet to do it. Why pay higher prices if the customer service is so difficult?

#Excelsior!

Really, @ATT. I can’t log into my account for 4 months?

Having horrible experiences with the @WasteManagement brand. One single account rep assuring that I will never work with them.

How do I get a @WasteManagement bin removed from my property? Previous tenant left one and the account rep won't pick it up until they pay.
