Wrapped up another year of BSU with our end of year cookout and continued our annual tradition of giving our seniors graduation cords in the colors of the African flag. BSU grew in so many ways this year and it was all because of them. I couldn’t be a more proud sponsor.

On #PresidentsDay, it is important to recall that at least twelve U.S. presidents enslaved Black people, eight while in office. Two-thirds of the first 18 presidents collectively enslaved nearly 2,000 Black people. We know what largely built this nation, and it wasn’t freedom.

South Soccer@RaiderFutbol30 Sep 2022
We continue our senior tributes by honoring Senior Kieron Smith. Kieron's work ethic on the offensive and defensive end rubs off on his teammates. His speed gives him the title of fastest in the program. We love who Kieron is as a person and player!

Seriously, Matt Wilson is one of the nicest students at SM South. No surprise here that he is “one of the hardest workers in the team!” 💚💛💚💛⚽️ great work ethic on and off the pitch!
South Soccer@RaiderFutbol26 Sep 2022
Today we are beginning our Senior Tributes by recognizing Matt Wilson! Matt Wilson is a hard nose defender who is one of the hardest workers on the team. He always keeps a good attitude and lets his play do the talking on the field.

Raider engineering students are designing like crazy! Last week they made “rice bag” launchers and collected distance data. This challenge is to create a carnival game around the launcher/catapult, or design the ultimate personalized beverage container! 💚💛👏👏
