Be a Surgeon not a Butcher 🔪💥 We MUST have many different tools at our disposal to get hands off the ball. When you find yourself in a situation where there are hands on the ball your number 1 priority is to get them off.

Get Low Early 🛬🏉 If you are late AND behind, make sure you don’t turn the corner and stay high. Get low early, snake the hand inside and leaver the defender out of there. Give this a try next practice!

(1995) 23 years ago today, 'Bad Boys' was released. An all-time classic! Mike Lowrey (Will Smith): "You freeze, b*tch. Now back up, put the gun down & get me a pack of Tropical Fruit Bubbalicous." Marcus (Martin Lawrence): ".... and some Skittles." 🤣
