Pretty livid @British_Airways evening flight cancelled from Belfast to LHR. travelling with disabled son, and all that entails, all I get is a text message then an hour on hold before the call is cancelled. No accommodation offer, nothing, poor, poor service
Mate, welcome to the most frustrating and incredibly annoying part of needing a blue badge. Disabled spaces by many are considered waiting spaces all the time, the number of times I’ve heard ‘I’m just grabbing a coffee’ arghhh
