He won't go after @GamersNexus with a DMCA because he knows Steve will just call the lawyer to teach him a lesson in humility. He knows Steve has no issue with fighting back. He bullies the smaller channels that don't have the money to fight, which is why he targets them.

Threat Interactive uses clips from Digital Foundry, LinusTechTips & more in his first video uploaded How come he’s able to use clips from these other channels but he’ll DMCA people who use clips of his videos? Seems like he uses fair use only when it’s convenient for him🤔

Furthermore, if Threat Interactive was actually secure about his own narrative and agenda he wouldn't be actively censoring people under his tweets by hiding replies and removing comments critical of him on YouTube. He's such a two-faced smeghead.

Threat Interactive has just uploaded an (now privated) astonishing case of tripling down, especially regarding DMCA abuse (the main issue) Kevin deflects it entirely and justifies his actions by claiming everyone he abuses the DMCA on is "stealing" his content, ignoring fair use
