Christmas night out! Loving our catch up last night at the @HalfmoonPutney & they were kind enough to organise seating for us all to be together. We had a drink (and, some, I hear, a burger 🤤) then watched the comedy @ninaconti @sarabarron @joethomas73 👌✅😊 @slypn #slypn 💪

Future drugs designed to slow #Parkinsons are targeted at specific genes. To test whether they work, we need to identify people with these genetic alterations and enrol them in clinical trials. If you have 10 min and live in the UK #GetTrialReady at pdfrontline.com.

Don't forget about Tom Kerridge's dopamine heroes: dairy products like cottage cheese, whole milk, yoghurt, plus eggs, fish, fruit, nuts, veg, spices and chillies... and most importantly, chocolate!
