Forgot to follow up on this. Phonopolis by @Amanita_Design is not only a delight to look at, but everything is so tactile and nice to interact with, the audio is excellent and plays a huge part so definitely play with headphones!
There's this accepted truth that point & click adventures are unusually popular in Germany, which tbh I thought was just a silly thing people say... but I checked my Steam analytics and guess which country is #2 wishlister lol
