Dear @lyft, I am letting know that I have deleted your app from my phone. Today was the final straw, after a history of poor customer experiences. I had two drivers cancel on me after accepting my ride. The initial pick up estimate was 10m, reality ended up being closer to 30m.
And when I reached out to support it was clearly a scripted set of replies with no real attempt to show any empathy,loyalty, or strategy to retain me as a customer.
