This is utterly criminal behaviour by the Trump administration. Ukraine is now fighting Russia, China and the United States, all at the same time. We are in a very dark period. Ukraine’s Exposure Grows as Satellite Use Is Restricted and Russia Escalates nytimes.com/2026/10/14/world… via @NYTimes

Premier Ford - due to your hospital underfunding the Queensway Carleton Hospital whose work you are recognizing today is cutting 119 positions, including 87 registered nurses. There's no galaxy where that makes sense. Shame on you. @fordnation
For 50 years, Queensway Carleton Hospital has provided exceptional care to families in Ottawa and the surrounding region. I joined the hospital team today to celebrate this milestone, meet with patients and thank the dedicated doctors, nurses, staff and volunteers.

So, after spending weeks DEMANDING that Prime Minister @MarkJCarney recall parliament early to hold emergency debates about #Trump's trade war, @PierrePoilievre is absent on day two. 🧐 PMMC is at the UN. What else does PP have to do right now? Why isn't he at work?

Kaja Kallas on the US inviting Putin to the G20 summit in Miami: "It was very hard to hear. Considering that even a few days ago, there were Russian intelligence officers charged for murders of Americans on American soil. So, my question is: do these intelligence officers operate alone or do they get orders from Putin? And I can tell you: they get orders from Putin."
The United States has officially invited Putin to the G20 summit in Miami, set for December. "We believe this is an opportunity for Putin to engage not only with President Trump, but also with other world leaders. We hope that's an invitation he'll accept," Marco Rubio said.

Bradley Whitford: “We live in a country that has internment camps. As of July 2026, there are 65,756 human beings in detention camps. There are 6,200 children who have been detained since Trump took office. Trump’s promise was to go after the worst of the worst, yet only 3% of those detained have a violent felony conviction. These are not criminals in internment camps. These are human beings, many of whom were in the middle of going through what they thought was the legal process to become citizens”

Please share the information about Oleshky everywhere you can! Russia is starving residents of the town and nearby villages by denying food supplies and evacuation. People in Oleshky need help, or else they won't survive the winter!
In Oleshky, Kherson region, temporarily occupied by Russia, people are facing a horrific humanitarian crisis. Reports say residents are searching for food scraps and collecting grass simply to survive. Russia is cutting off supplies of food, medicine and other basic necessities, while denying humanitarian organisations access and blocking efforts to evacuate civilians. Russian FPV drones are hunting people in the streets. Oleshky had around 24,000 residents before the full-scale war. Today, only about 2,000 remain, including around 50 children. There is no electricity or gas, while food, medicine and other essential supplies have been unavailable for the past month. Ukraine is working to organise an evacuation. The ICRC has confirmed that it is ready to take part, and international humanitarian organisations are prepared to provide life-saving aid. Yet Russia is preventing these efforts from reaching people. The suffering in Oleshky and other occupied communities of the Kherson region is a direct consequence of Russia’s actions. The international community must put pressure on Russia to allow humanitarian organisations access, establish a humanitarian corridor, and ensure civilians can leave safely. "We will not allow these crimes to remain hidden behind the frontline and Russia’s refusal to grant access to the occupied territories," Ukraine's Foreign Minister @andrii_sybiha has stressed.

I’m angry as hell and it’s not at the Feds. It is at this evil, corrupt monster premier who is giving handouts to herself, her family, friends and donors while defunding public healthcare, education, stealing from the handicapped while blaming the immigrants SHE DEMANDED!
“Albertans are angry,” says the woman who never misses an opportunity to create and stoke anger. It’s time for us to turn our anger against the people who are trying to manipulate us, not against each other.
