Obamacare was designed to destroy the middle class and especially small business owners.
Obamacare premiums are paid with after-tax dollars. In the top brackets you have to earn the premium + 50% to cover it. $2k/mo requires $36k in pretax income to get a $20k deductible. Over 5 years it's a down payment on house all down the garbage. Scam.

Dialogue presupposes public order, whose restoration is the first problem to be solved.
In light of recent episodes of violence, the Church in France is calling for a response to the anxiety expressed by young people and those who feel marginalized or left behind, with the Archbishop of Tours advocating for restoring democratic dialogue through intermediary institutions. vaticannews.va/en/world/news…

Voters tend not to turnout for midterms because historically the difference between the two parties has been functionally negligible--it's always been like choosing between Coke or Pepsi. This year it's like choosing between drinking a glass of Coke or a glass of Drano drain cleaner. Folks who don't stay up on politics simply are unaware that the Democrat Party has been absorbed by a Communist/Jihadist alliance bent on destroying the Constitution and the American way of life. You might not like Coca-Cola. But drinking Drano will end your life.

Your "civilization" is the one that enables your present lifestyle as a raving, ungrateful fantasist for whom the destruction of property is the equivalent of a child throwing his toys out of a pram because he knows mother will pick them up for him
Replying to @holeymoleynoley
We want to destroy what our enemies call "civilization". Your "civilization" is based on alienation and exploitation. You're probably not even a part of the bourgeois civilization. You only passively consume it.

Pat Buchanan, 1999: “By moving NATO onto Russia’s front porch, we have scheduled a twenty-first century confrontation. … America will face a hellish dilemma: risk confrontation with a nuclear-armed Russia determined to recreate its old sphere of influence, or renege on solemn commitments and see NATO collapse.” Therefore, he said, “Offering NATO memberships to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and, as some urge, Ukraine is rashness bordering on madness.” Referring to maps the Clinton team must have ignored, Buchanan warned, “This would put the Russian base at Kaliningrad behind NATO lines and bring into a U.S.-led alliance three nations with huge Russian minorities.” Foreseeing future conflict, he observed that “Latvia is almost half Russian; eastern Ukraine, almost entirely Russian. America could neither defend nor liberate these nations without the risk of nuclear war.” Pat Buchanan, A Republic, Not an Empire: Reclaiming America’s Destiny (New York: Regnery, 1999), 17–18, 22.

The level of retardation happening in Canada rn almost surpasses belief. Let me try and explain: Canada has race-based sentencing guidelines. Native criminals are supposed to get shorter sentences than white criminals because the courts are required to consider racism, colonialism, etc. But at the same time, people who kill or assault native women are supposed to get longer sentences than people who kill or assault white women. Because, again, racism, colonialism, etc, The problem? It’s mostly native men killing and assaulting native women. And liberal judges have been caught in the legislative middle, wobbling stupidly on this comically high tightrope from which a fall to either side is a snake-filled pit of inevitable racism accusations. If they start cracking down on the killers and abusers of native women, the native male prison population will explode (racist). If they don’t, they are making it effectively legal for native women to be killed and abused (also racist). It’s like shitlib zugzwang. And no one in this entire country seems to have an IQ high enough to figure out how to deal with this.
Supreme Court split over sentencing when the offender and the victim are both Indigenous nationalpost.com/news/suprem…

The outrage over Shane Gillis’s gym joke recalls the backlash Jordan Peterson faced thanks to a 2018 Vice interview where he pointed out that women wear makeup and high heels at work as sexual displays. The Professor was ahead of his time and showed what it's like when a reflexive low-IQ lefty refuses to engage with reality in order to preserve his bubble of ideological safety. In both these incidents, you have someone observing (or joking about) women's deliberate sexual signaling in mixed sex spaces, and instead of examining the signaling, the biology, or the inconsistent rules, the reflexive response was to treat that truthful observation itself as the offense. Our choices in clothing and cosmetics have aesthetic, evolutionary, social and sexual functions. Yet modern feminists like to pretend the sexual component is absent or irrelevant. Both controversies highlight how hypocritical things are because on one hand, female sexual presentation is common and in fact, ENCOURAGED, yet male visual attention or commentary is pathologized. Peterson’s broader point was that post-sexual-revolution and #MeToo environments demand male restraint and “enthusiastic consent” protocols while refusing to discuss female signaling, hypergamy, or the biological asymmetry in visual arousal. Reaction to Gillis’s banal joke reveals the same double standard at play. Both women (and men) deliberately dress and behave in ways that maximize sexual attention, status, or mate-value signaling. Remember when second wave feminists used to own the "I’m a 'ho" energy? Pepperidge Farm remembers. Back then, dressing sexy or slutty was treated as straightforward empowerment and self-expression. Today’s third wave feminism is in denial about the biological realities of sexual signaling, and then piles shrill emotional moralizing on top of the dishonesty. Dr. @jordanbpeterson argued that once traditional sexual norms are dismantled without replacement, mixed environments become minefields. Women still engage in sexual display, but men are punished for acknowledging it, and the rules governing behavior are written in moral language that defines male behavior as toxic by default. This will keep happening until one side stops pretending that signaling and biology don’t exist.

Fine wine, braised beef and luxury Normandy butter. That's the menu on Mark Carney's government plane, and you paid for every bite. In his first year as prime minister, his flights ran up $524,815.04 in catering, according to government answers to the Order Paper. One trip to Rome alone cost $93,780 in meals. Trudeau's whole 2024 Italy trip cost $43,000. The Canadian Taxpayers Federation says the bill is now approaching $1 million.

1% of people account for 63% of violent crime. If those 1% of people are stopped, crime stops. If they are not, they will continue to re-offend and hurt more innocent people. It really is that simple.
We are far too harsh on regular people and not harsh enough on the bottom 1%.
