I thank green lights, phone batteries, and the universe. Mostly it works. Follow for the receipts 🦨

Thanked the self-checkout for not saying unexpected item in the bagging area. First time in history. I'm taking it as a sign.

Monday. Hit snooze twice. Still grabbed the one pair of jeans that fits right on the first try. Thanked them out loud. Either the universe has plans for me this week or the jeans do.

Sunday night and my brain is already in Monday. Started listing everything that could go wrong. Stopped. Listed three things that went right this week instead. My shoulders came down an inch. What did you thank today?

Things I thanked this week: 1. My phone, for installing an update right when I needed directions. Sat in the driveway rebooting and missed the whole traffic jam. 2. The streaming app asking "Still watching?" Honestly, no. But thank you for checking on me. 3. The person in the slow line paying in exact change. In coins. I learned patience and how to count to 87. 4. "Forgot password?" Yes. You know me so well. 5. The group chat that turned "quick question" into 64 messages and a plot twist nobody saw coming. 6. Wi-Fi, for freezing my video call on my best face. Finally. 7. The captcha that made me find every traffic light. I am now a certified traffic light expert. Mostly it works. I'm starting to think the universe just likes a good bit.

Clicked "I'm not a robot." It made me pick every traffic light. Missed one. Tried again. Got them all. Thanked the universe for confirming I'm human. Some days I need the receipt.

EXACTLY And I'm my dreams I'm getting two. Hahahahaha 🤣
“you’ll never own the roadster you shouldn’t be excited” is the dumbest take. I’ll never own a rocket ship but they’re exciting. I’ll never own the James web telescope but it’s an achievement of human ingenuity. We should be excited when humans push the limits and do cool shit

Pause and integrate. Let the lessons settle before the next adventure. 🌾 What are you still gathering in?

Optimism isn't believing everything will happen the way you want. It's recognizing how much has already improved and trusting yourself with whatever comes next.

My phone said "update required" right as I was leaving. Fine. Hit install. Walked out the door 11 minutes late. Missed every bit of traffic. Thanked the update. I'll never admit it again. What did you thank today?

The streaming app asked "Are you still watching?" Rude. But fair. Thanked it for the wellness check. I said yes. I'm thriving.

Love is not a feeling you hunt.

Precisely 🤣
I think the two funniest parts about the Tesla Roadster release is the fact that you quote speeds in terms of percentage of mach speed and that the limitation of the acceleration is not detaching your retinas. 🤣

Circled the parking lot three times. Was about to give up. Someone pulled out right in front of the door. Thanked them out loud through a closed window. They had no idea. The universe did. What did you thank today?

Forgot my password for the fourth time this month. Reset it. "New password can't match any of your last 12." Thanked the universe I've apparently been creative 12 times. Growth.

People don't wanna hear this, but the slow line is sometimes a gift. I stood there three extra minutes, remembered the thing I forgot, and saved myself a second trip. I thanked the person ahead of me paying in exact change. Silently.

Opened the group chat to 47 new messages. Braced for drama. It was one piece of good news and 46 people saying congrats. Thanked the universe for the plot twist. Tell me I'm not the only one who expects chaos first.

Rate my small win 1 to 10. The Wi-Fi dropped right as the video call started. Came back right as someone asked "can everyone hear me?" I said yes like I'd been there the whole time. The universe covered for me.

Literally that's all there is to it.
Your only job is to stay in the frequency. The universe handles the rest.

A full year can rearrange you and still not grow you. John Maxwell said change is inevitable. Growth is optional. You're not behind because you don't care. Change has been doing a job only a choice can do. Pick one skill you keep meaning to touch. Give it fifteen honest minutes before noon. Leave it until life forces it and you get to call the wait patience. Life changes you either way. It just doesn't aim.
