Need Adani to clear the airport area also . This air India colony should have been given alternative accommodation. If these were slums they would get flats in same area !
End of an era for Air India colonies in Mumbai’s Kalina as last of the occupants leave

Wow this really is amazing for building vocational skills cc @Rotary
This student training center at my customer's factory houses some of the finest machinery available. One hundred thirty students spend two days a week here and two days at college, earning a stipend throughout the three-and-a-half-year program.
After graduation, half of these students join this company, while the remaining half find employment at similar firms. The company funds this entire initiative without government support, though it receives tax benefits on capital purchases.
Students do not build products for the main production line. Instead, the company runs this facility entirely to build a highly skilled workforce. I do not know of any company in India with a similar concept. Most German companies have this.
All are back BTW .
These are the second hand AC Bangar shops which buy and sell them . Good job @mybmc cc @AndheriLOCA
Need clarification from BMC. Why are officers removing AC units and outdoor AC machines installed inside shops and taking action against them at D.N. Nagar Municipal Road, Andheri West? Is this a ward-wide enforcement drive or a specific action? Kindly clarify. @mybmcwardKW
This area is really a bad one . Hope it gets cleaned up with better quality . Cc @RahulChels @haldilal @suyogvyawahare

Hard hitting facts ! A true entrepreneur who lived frugally and continues to do so . A must follow !
Have interacted with hundreds in last 5 yrs who needed my 15 mins.
Common situation was in 50% of cases as under:
Me: what is primary worry.
They :Not making Profits
Me: what is capacity utilization?
They : 60%.
Me: In 24 hrs ?
They : 20%
Me: why you cannot run 24 hrs.
He has no answer.
No factory or Uber or Indigo or #Thyrocare can produce prosperity by running for 8 hrs.
I cannot digest why healthcare cannot remain open for 24x7
Healthcare can be 50% cheaper while profits can be easily 25%.
Efficiency only can give profitability and longevity for any company.
For knowledge worked in day only when I could not complete the work in day.
Trick: I said night shift allowance is 25%
A day has 24 hrs. Not 8.
Do not just copy your neighbor blindly. #DifferentiateOrDie.
Lovely child beer after a long time yesterday night . Treat from Aniket ! @effingut

This !
My hypothesis, after months of building with agents every day.
Software work has three parts. Deciding what to build. Building it. Checking that it works.
For decades the middle part was the expensive one, so we organized everything around it. Job titles, team sizes, estimates, how agencies charge.
Agents are collapsing the middle. The two ends aren't getting cheaper at all. If anything they matter more, because a bad decision now gets built in an afternoon.
So the valuable person is whoever owns the ends. I call that person a product builder.
