100M → 500M VIEWS IN JUST 8 MONTHS 🤯
+358M views in the last 90 days alone
look at that growth curve
this is what happens when a content strategy starts compounding instead of dying after 1 viral post
most brands are still guessing what to post
meanwhile, others are quietly building distribution machines
i found the tool that lets you spy on these numbers
dropping the link for FREE in the replies
701M VIEWS 🤯
38 creators
632 videos with 100K+ views
11.6% engagement
all for ONE app
this is what happens when you stop treating ugc like a one-off ad and start treating it like a distribution machine
the crazy part is you can spy on the content formats driving these numbers
im leaving the link to the tool for FREE in the replies

i cracked the code to realistic ai videos 😭
most people keep making their prompts longer
thats not the problem
the secret is STRUCTURE
i use claude to turn one simple idea into a detailed json-style prompt
→ scene setup
→ character details
→ camera movement
→ timing and actions
→ negative prompts
every detail has a purpose
thats the difference between a video that SCREAMS ai and one that looks like it was filmed on an iphone
once you have the structure figured out
you can recreate the process again and again
without starting from scratch every single time

kling 4.0 just went public 48 hours ago
the internet is about to get a lot harder to believe
none of these videos are real
heres the prompt :
1. UGC character at brunch
PROMPT: Raw vertical 9:16 video recorded on a phone's front camera (not on screen), one continuous 30-second take with no cuts. It looks like an ordinary unedited phone clip, not a film: slightly soft image, a little digital noise and compression, deep focus with the café behind her as sharp as her face, auto-exposure brightening and dimming as people pass the sunny window behind her, no colour grading.
The phone sits close and a little low, looking slightly up at her; around 9 s a waiter's arm bumps the table, the phone slides and tilts, and she catches it and props it back up. Sadie, a young woman in her early 20s with long honey-blonde waves, light natural makeup, small gold hoop earrings and a cropped cream knit top, sits at a small marble table by a big sunny window in a busy brunch café. Her sister sits across from her, out of frame except for her arm and a hand with a silver ring. Behind Sadie: other tables of people talking, a counter with a glass pastry case, plants, staff moving about, chalkboards too far away to read. Around 9 s a waiter sets down two plates, a lemon ricotta pancakes and a plate of eggs on toast, plus two iced coffees in plain glasses. Around 15 s she turns the pancake plate toward the camera; around 20 s she cuts a bite, eats it and closes her eyes; around 26 s her sister's hand reaches in with a fork and steals a piece of pancake, and Sadie swats at it, laughing. [Sadie: casual young woman's voice, warm and a bit giggly, recorded on the phone's built-in mic from half a metre away]: "Okay, I promised I'd show you what we get.... We get the same thing every single time... Oh, here it is! Thank you! ... Look at this. Lemon ricotta pancakes. ... Mmm. Okay.
Yeah. Still the best... Hey! Get your own!" [Her sister, off camera: a young woman's voice, dry and amused]: "That's the tax." [Sadie, laughing]: "She does this every time." Audio as captured by the phone mic in a busy café, not studio clean: her voice close but with the room around it, the hiss and grind of an espresso machine, cups and cutlery clinking, overlapping chatter and laughter from other tables, a door bell jingling, a chair scraping, faint music in the background. No subtitles, no captions, no onscreen text.
image models are starting to look too perfect. here’s how i create realistic ai characters now
models like GPT Images and Nano Banana often produce that polished, artificial look that makes people immediately recognize something is AI.
seedance 2.5 takes a different approach.
because it generates video, the characters can look like people who were actually filmed. that’s why i’ve switched to using it for character creation.
here’s my workflow:
→ find a realistic-looking video on tiktok or pinterest and screenshot the frame you want
→ upload it to chatgpt and ask it to turn the image into a detailed json prompt
→ paste the prompt into seedance 2.5 and generate a 4-second video in 9:16 at 1080p
→ pause at the best frame and save it as your character reference
the secret is the prompt.
a generic prompt gives you a generic face. a detailed one can make the difference between an obvious ai character and someone who looks genuinely real.
i’ve taken this even further by upgrading the prompts in my v3 system to push realism to another level.
and here’s what makes this workflow so useful:
your reference doesn’t need the perfect pose, outfit, or background. you just need a strong starting point. you can shape the rest later through your video prompts.
yes, it costs more than generating a single image.
but once you see the difference, it’s hard to go back.
check out these examples:
a single ugc video can cost hundreds of dollars to produce
with ai, you can create realistic ugc-style videos without paying for every clip
→ 10-second ai-generated clips
→ no actors needed
→ no camera or studio setup
→ raw footage ready to use
the real advantage of ai ugc isn’t just how realistic it looks
it’s the ability to test more creatives, faster, at a fraction of traditional production costs
the brands that win will be the ones that can produce and test content at scale
