When I was younger, I dated a guy who always went quiet whenever we had an argument.
One weekend, he stopped replying to my messages, so I decided to attend a concert with my male friend. We had planned it for weeks, and I wasn’t going to sit at home waiting for someone who wouldn’t talk to me.
Three days later, he finally called and asked why I hadn’t been looking for him.
Years later, he found me on TikTok and brought up that incident again

Overhearing part of my husband's job interview and he just voluntarily brought up the fact he has 4 kids.
My heart sunk to my toes. I would never ever risk revealing that information before being hired.
Unless it's truly different for men? It really might now hurt his chances of being hired?

I just received emergency guardianship of my 2-year-old nephew. His mother had to enter long-term medical care, and there was no one else in the family able to take him in.
I’m on my way to pick him up now. My home isn't fully baby-proofed yet and I’m terrified, but I’m ready to give this little guy the safest, most loving home possible.
