Hi @TfL Can you explain why there can’t be a more regular evening service on the trams? What are the associated costs, and why can’t they be met? Once every 15 mins is basically ridiculous. #croydontrams #tramlink
@TfL Good morning. Hoping you can help. For nearly a week now there has been a shortage of trams. You keep reporting that one branch is suspended but there is a good service on the rest of the line. It’s really misleading. A 15 min gap between trams is not good or normal.
People need to allow *much* longer than normal for their journeys and cannot know that with such egregious misinformation. At this point I’m starting to doubt it’s accidental on your part. Please can you sort? Thanks. #Trams

So yet another justice secretary. 11th in 9 years. Justice system is completely broken. If this government is serious about crime the next person in the job will have a lot of work to do. I suspect they won't do anything though, govt just doesn't care about justice.

Oh @Keir_Starmer why are you doing this? Of all politicians, you know that promising “toughness” is the most vacuous stance on crime. Meaningless when the system cannot properly investigate, prosecute, safely detain, rehabilitate or supervise 🤷🏻♀️ So depressing.

Just reminded my other half to take his packed lunch with him as he heads out for a day of queuing at what appears to be the only competent local GP practice. He desperately needs a competent new GP for his 88-yr old Mum who had a stroke last month and is very frail.
Mostly because, despite having been told by @EKHUFT that she would be seen 4 weeks post-discharge, an appt has arrived for 10 weeks post-discharge. Can’t get an answer from the switchboard so can’t speak to anyone.
Have asked for help from @Kent_cc social services, but they have a 6-week response time. We need to discuss her progress, such as it is, and medication options to potentially improve her cognition. Sure @RishiSunak’s parents are proud 👍🏻🤦🏻♀️
Is there a Heathrow meltdown this afternoon @British_Airways @HeathrowAirport? Touched down 90 mins ago. Waited ages to park. Waited ages for jetway. Still no signs of luggage. And of course no info or explanation. Gargantuan queue for baggage services. Update needed!
