Elon Musk and Trump helped kill these children.
„Had it not been for the restrictions placed on Starlink, the Russian drone could have been stopped before the attack on Nova Vodolaha.
On October 19, a Russian jet-powered drone attacked civilians in a park in the Kharkiv region, killing children and adults who were out for a walk.
▶️ In an attack by a "Geran" / "Shahed" type drone—a model equipped with a jet engine—two children (girls aged 1 and 11) and four adults were killed in Nova Vodolaha (Kharkiv region). At least seven children and eight adults were injured.
▶️ The Russian drone specifically targeted mothers and children who were in the park. Among the victims were one-year-old Angelina Mariukhna and her mother, Inna, a primary school teacher.
▶️ The killing of civilians in Nova Vodolaha is part of the daily aerial terror inflicted by Russia. In settlements near the front line, Russian drone operators hunt for civilians.
▶️ Unrestricted operation of Starlink/Starshield—free from artificial speed limitations—is crucial for countering jet-powered drones; the very type used in the attack on the people in Nova Vodolaha.
▶️ The killing of children and adults in Nova Vodolaha constitutes a war crime, for which there is no statute of limitations. Ukraine is identifying the perpetrators and will do everything in its power to ensure they face just punishment. ▶️ Since the beginning of the full-scale war of aggression, Russian forces have killed at least 764 children in Ukraine and injured more than 2,970 minors. The actual number of child victims of the war is even higher.
▶️ Targeted attacks on mothers and children bear witness to the moral decay of the Russian army and underscore the genocidal nature of the war being waged by the Kremlin.
▶️ An effective response to Russian terror requires increased international pressure on the Russian Federation, as well as the consistent enforcement of export controls. It must be ensured that Western components are not used in the production of Russian drones and missiles.
▶️ All individuals involved in the war of aggression against Ukraine—including Russian military personnel and representatives of Russian security and law enforcement agencies—must be denied entry into the EU.“

An important study that deserves to be shared as widely as possible within the English-speaking world.
Last night, our friends at the *Militarnyi* portal published an English-language article containing a technical analysis of the onboard computer from a Russian jet-powered drone—the "Geran-4."
Of the 105 components identified, 80 come from American companies; Texas Instruments alone (including components from National Semiconductor, which was acquired by TI in 2011) accounts for 58.1% of the total.
In short: this points to a systemic reliance on Western electronics in this Russian attack drone.
For this reason, we have created a separate English-language "quote tweet" with commentary, in which we have tagged @TXInstruments directly.
We would appreciate it if you could share this post. 😉
Please tag journalists, American politicians, experts, and organizations involved in sanctions and export controls in the comments.
Our experience in disseminating such investigations shows that it is crucial to bring these findings to light beyond the Ukrainian "information bubble." They need to be seen by the manufacturers themselves, as well as by journalists, analysts, sanctions experts, American policymakers, and export control specialists.
Regardless of the current policy of the White House, the United States is much more than just a single administration or a single president. They include Congress, the media, industry experts, manufacturers, and government institutions—all of whom can raise the question of how American electronics end up in Russian attack drones on such a large scale. Therefore, such revelations must continue.

Russia calls this “domestic production.”
Yet in the Geran-4 flight controller examined by Ukrainian specialists, no Russian-made electronics were found at all. Of 105 identified components, 80 came from 🇺🇸 U.S. companies — with @TXInstruments, including components from National Semiconductor acquired by TI in 2011, accounting for 58.1%.

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte:
Don't forget, for the defense of the United States, NATO is also crucial.
We defend the United States from these Russian nuclear submarines ending up at the shores of the United States.
We make sure that the transatlantic is safe, the Euro-Atlantic area is safe, that the High North is safe, that Europe is safe – all in the interest of the United States.

Overnight, the Russians used 39 ballistic missiles and more than 120 attack drones and loitering munitions against our energy and critical infrastructure in Kyiv, the Kyiv region, and Kharkiv. A targeted Russian ballistic missile strike specifically against energy infrastructure – the very infrastructure covered by the ceasefire announced by the American President. The strike was entirely deliberate and demonstrative in its scale – Russia has never before shown such ostentatious disrespect toward the United States. Russia does not consider the American President’s statements strong. Unfortunately, at least 600,000 people are now without power. Outages could become even more widespread. Unfortunately, there is significant damage to facilities and equipment – at 26 facilities of our power system and four facilities in the oil and gas sector. I am grateful to the repair crews, all Ukrainian energy workers, and the personnel of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine for all their efforts to address the aftermath of this Russian strike. Tragically, there have been fatalities and injuries.
We ask America and EVERYONE in the world who does not turn a blind eye to reality to respond – and to respond forcefully. Russia has squandered the opportunity for de-escalation and has clearly chosen to continue its insane war of annihilation. We ask President Trump to impose STRONG sanctions on Russia, especially since the Lindsey Graham bill, which was recently passed and signed into law, authorizes and regulates such measures. The American President has all the effective and necessary tools to bring peace closer through strength, justice, and pressure on the aggressor. We ask for additional packages of Patriot missile interceptors for Ukraine. It is entirely fair for us to tell the United States, Europe, and all our partners that no country in the world should be left alone to face such a deranged and pro-war actor as Russia. I am grateful to everyone who helps Ukraine! Peace can only come through strength, and we ask America to remember this principle of Reagan’s. Glory to Ukraine!

❗️Last night, the operation of Starlink terminals in Ukraine was restricted.
Connectivity began to drop when moving at speeds exceeding 160 km/h. As a result, a number of critical missions were disrupted.
SpaceX likely took these measures at the request of the Trump administration. Also last night, when Kyiv was attacked by ballistic missiles, Ukraine did not receive intelligence regarding their launch— a failure that could have led to higher casualties.
Ukraine did not attack Russian oil refineries, yet Trump has already begun imposing sanctions on my country. Meanwhile, sanctions against Russia have been eased.

WSJ publishes its second editorial in two days criticizing President Trump’s Russia diesel deal.
"Mr. Trump is scapegoating Ukraine for rising diesel prices, and on Saturday he said Kyiv “better damn well stop” its strikes on Russian refineries. But is Ukraine supposed to sit back and take the Russian blitz? Oil and gas exports fund Mr. Putin’s military, and Russian energy production is a legitimate war target."

BREAKING: Zelensky confirmed that Ukraine received no intelligence warning from partners ahead of last night’s Russian strike.
“Unfortunately, there was no warning from our partners about this strike. Intelligence on the launch of Russian ballistic missiles helps save lives.”

Moments after Donald Trump announced an energy ceasefire, Russia struck a power plant in Kharkiv. Another strike hit residential neighborhoods. At least three people were killed, including children, and 22 were wounded. Putin isn’t even pretending to take the ceasefire seriously.

So what happened to the Lindsey Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act? The entire goal was to choke off Putin’s money for the war by punishing countries who were evading the sanctions and buying Russian oil. Does that mean we’re sanctioning ourselves now? Whose side is Trump on?
Trump: "I have just concluded a highly successful discussion with President Vladimir Putin, of Russia, wherein it was agreed that Russia will immediately supply over 300,000 Tons of Diesel Fuel to the American and Global Marketplace, another 500,000 Tons during the month of November, and 1,000,000 Tons immediately thereafter. Additionally, based on the condition of their Diesel Refineries, Russia will then deliver, within a short period of time, 3,000,000 Tons of Diesel Fuel."
