A person named Captain Subam was assigned to Moreh as the head of the Field Intelligence Unit, which is an intelligence division of the Assam Rifles. This unit was comprised of members from the Kuki National Army and they were armed. @PMOIndia @narendramodi @AmitShah @JPNadda
