Crypto funds and ETFs trade 24/7, yet most still value their holdings by hand, in spreadsheets. T-Suite Funds now values crypto funds and crypto ETFs automatically. People stay in control. 🧵

One thing I think investors often overlook is that owning a token doesn't automatically mean owning the asset behind it. The real question is what rights that token gives you when money comes in, when the property is sold, or when things go wrong. Accessibility is a good starting point, but transparency in the legal structure is what separates a credible investment from an attractive narrative.
Let's make this practical. you invested £1,000 in a tokenized property investment. Before you celebrate owning a piece of real estate, there are a few things you should understand. Does your £1,000 buy shares in a company that legally owns the property? Does it give you a contractual right to receive a share of rental income? Or does it give you another form of investment interest linked to the property? These are very different arrangements. For example, owning shares in a property-holding company isn't necessarily the same as owning a percentage of the building directly. And having a right to receive rental income doesn't automatically give you ownership rights over the property. So what should you ask before investing? 1What exactly does my token represent? Ask for the legal documents that explain your interest. 2Who legally owns the property? Is it held by an SPV or another legal entity? 3How do I benefit from rental income? Understand the distribution arrangements, fees and conditions. 4What happens if the property is sold? Know how sale proceeds are handled and what you're entitled to. 5How can I exit my investment? Don't assume a token can be sold whenever you want. This is the kind of information worth understanding before putting money into any tokenized real estate opportunity. At LandHive, we want people to become better-informed real estate investors, not simply more comfortable buying tokens. We'll keep breaking down the questions, structures and details that matter. Because knowing what you're investing in should come before deciding how much to invest.

Fractional ownership means you don’t really own anything. We understand why people ask this. When you buy a property the traditional way, the idea of ownership feels straightforward. There's a property, there are legal documents, and your name is attached to your interest in it. Fractional ownership can look less tangible, especially when that interest is represented by a digital token. But owning a fraction of a property doesn't automatically mean you own nothing. What matters is how that ownership is structured. Your investment might represent shares in a company that holds the property, a contractual right to income, or another legally defined interest. Those arrangements aren't interchangeable, and investors should understand exactly which one applies. Blockchain technology can help record and verify transactions and ownership-related information. But the blockchain record alone doesn't establish your legal rights. Those depend on the underlying legal documents and the structure of the investment. The same goes for rental income and appreciation. Whether you receive income, benefit from an increase in value, or can sell your interest depends on the terms of the investment and the performance of the underlying property. So, no, fractional ownership doesn't automatically mean you don't own anything. But it doesn't mean every token gives you direct ownership of a building, either. The real question isn't whether your ownership is fractional. It's whether your rights are clearly defined, legally supported and worth what you're paying for them. That's what investors should be looking at before they commit their money. Is this clear enough? 👀

One thing we hope more people understand about real estate tokenization: The goal isn't just to make it easier to buy a piece of a property. It's to make it easier to understand what you're investing in, what rights you have and how your investment works. Access matters. But informed access matters even more. That's the kind of real estate future worth building.

A beautiful property can make a very convincing investment presentation. Good photographs, attractive location, & a projected rental yield… or maybe a video showing the building and its surroundings. But none of these things, on their own, tells you whether the investment is worth your money. When evaluating real estate, there are questions that deserve much more attention. What is the property actually worth? Is there genuine demand from people who want to live or work there? Who are the potential tenants? What expenses will affect the income generated by the property? Who is responsible for managing it? And perhaps most importantly, what exactly are you entitled to as an investor? These questions matter whether you're buying an entire apartment, investing through a property company or purchasing a tokenized interest in real estate. The technology or investment format shouldn't distract you from the underlying asset. We've seen how much attention tokenization receives, and rightfully so. It can change how people access and participate in real estate. But it doesn't replace property research, sound financial assumptions or proper legal arrangements. At LandHive, we believe investors deserve more than an attractive property presentation. They deserve to understand the investment behind it. Because a property can look impressive and still be a poor investment. What's the first thing you personally look at when evaluating a property investment? landhive.io

In my spare time, I study Forbes’ Most Influential CMOs and Adweek’s CMOs to Watch lists. I’m particularly interested in how they approach global marketing, navigate different markets, and balance brand building with commercial growth. There’s soooo much to learn from people who’ve operated at that level.

The part of @petso_io Pro I’m proudest of is the AI, and what it doesn’t do as much as what it does. Pet professionals don’t need AI that makes decisions for them. They need the admin and the reading off their plate, so they can spend the time with the animal. Here’s what Petso Pro AI does today: 🩺 Reads the whole history for you. When an owner shares their pet’s records, the AI writes a one-page summary: vaccines, allergies, past visits, even notes from other clinics. Every line links to the record it came from, so you can check it in one click. 💬 Answers questions about the patient. “What should I know before this visit?” The answer points to the records. It’s decision support, never a diagnosis. 🎙️ Drafts your consultation notes. With the owner’s agreement, the AI scribe listens and writes a draft of the notes. You review and edit before anything is saved, and the recording itself isn’t stored. 📄 Turns a PDF from another clinic into records. It proposes the entries, you check each one, and you add only what’s right. 🐕 Knows the breed. Typical health risks, preventive care and handling tips, right on the chart. The vet stays in charge at every step. The AI just does the reading and the typing. Watch it in the 60-second tour below, or the full walkthrough in 8 languages, and start a free 30-day trial: petso.io/pet-professionals #AIinVeterinary #vetmed #veterinary #petprofessionals #practicemanagement

Timmy is building a community of early-stage founders and startups building on Nuvion. I spent 3.6 years doing this at Superteam, and I’ll support him every step of the way. If you’re an early-stage founder, Nuvion provides the infrastructure to run and grow your business: multi-currency accounts, investments, collections, payouts, cards, and stablecoin capabilities. We’re building a community around that, where founders can connect, share what they’re learning and find support as they build. Reach out to Timmy to get involved.

Startup founders with no followers or personal brand, don’t wait until you have an audience before getting your product out there. Your early GTM should be simple: 1. Start building a small personal brand. Share useful stuff and document your journey. 2. If that’s too slow, join communities where your ideal users already hang out. You don’t need a big following or paid ads to get your first users. Sometimes, you just need to show up where the right people are.

For years, real estate has been one of the most talked-about ways to build long-term wealth. And it's easy to understand why. People buy properties, earn rental income, benefit from appreciation and sometimes pass those assets down through generations. But there's always been a challenge. A lot of people understand the value of real estate. They understand why location matters, why rental demand matters and why owning a good property can be a worthwhile investment. Yet understanding an opportunity and being able to participate in it are two very different things. Buying an entire property requires significant capital. Then there are legal fees, maintenance, management and all the other responsibilities that come with ownership. For many people, the barrier isn't a lack of interest in real estate. It's the structure required to get involved. This is one reason we're paying attention to tokenization. It creates the possibility of dividing investment interests into smaller portions, allowing people to participate without having to purchase an entire property themselves. But there's another side to this conversation. Making real estate accessible doesn't automatically make every property a good investment. The asset still needs to make sense. The legal structure needs to be clear. Investors need to understand what they own, how the investment works and what risks they're taking. We believe the future of real estate shouldn't just be about making ownership easier to access. It should also be about making investment opportunities easier to understand and evaluate. Here's something we'd like to hear your thoughts on: What's been the biggest barrier to investing in real estate for you: the capital required, finding the right property, or understanding how to invest confidently?

In my opinion, I would choose the one with better fundamentals. Technology can make investing easier, but it can't fix a property in the wrong location or create rental demand where there isn't any.
Here's a question for anyone exploring tokenized real estate: If two platforms offer access to fractional interests in properties, but one has a better location, stronger rental demand and clearer legal arrangements, which one deserves your attention? 🤔 The technology might be similar. The investment opportunity isn't.
