Not yet, unfortunately! But you can create polls via Slack Workflow builder. With the "webhook trigger" feature in workflow builder, that's almost like an API 😄

Hey there 👋 It's a wonderful idea, however right now as Simple Poll works natively all-in Slack, there's not a way of sharing the same poll in Twitter and Slack at the same time.
Perhaps use Simple Poll in Slack and then Twitter's native poll feature and combine the results?
