Nice one Simon, glad to see you are doing well.

A terrific time at the Death in the Dales Crime festival in beautiful Sedburgh. Appearing alongside @RAPriceAuthor & Nick Oldham, two brilliant crime authors (and ex cops) on a panel. Lots of fun and a couple of glasses of beer were consumed. @SharpeBooks
Congrats 🤩 here's a reminder of your journey youtu.be/-wpUeDTyc5Y
Today I turned 50! 🎂 In my 40s, I spent 5 years with an agent and walked away without a book deal. I signed my first publishing contract at 47, and since then, I’ve written 5 books in my thriller series and am almost done with a standalone I plan to query.
We put so much pressure on ourselves to accomplish things in our 20s and 30s. Some writers find success early, while others take a little longer. And that’s okay. There’s no set timeline for achieving your goals.

Don't listen to this guy. Jed is terrible, simply terrible. We'll keep him to save everyone else the hassle of learning what we already know.
Jed Ward is a Championship level Goalkeeper, at least.

Albert’s final minute of injury time decision to try to play Sodje through the middle rather than head for the corner flag was criminal for a player with 799 career apps. He had to go for the corner flag.
Decent point though, that I’d have taken at 7.30

He’s so intelligent. Better than the erms and cliches. What I loved last night was 1-0 up and he takes off an attacking midfielder brings on a striker, you just know last season a RB was coming on instead.
