@simonwakeman Would you be able to help share our event, please? We're organising a Christmas Craft Fayre on Sunday 24th November, from 10am to 4pm.
I added a bunch of new resources to my website this evening that are geared towards post-seed/series A founders and leaders. If you're looking for solutions to the issues that come with scaling, take a look at the B3 framework®. buff.ly/3PVpkax

I'm available to speak at a small number of tech, start-up & scale-up events in November and December. Topics include scaling post product/market fit, leadership in scale-ups, culture and team performance in post-seed and series A technology businesses. buff.ly/3rFGorI.
“The B3 framework® has proven invaluable in helping guide our thinking and give structure to our actions.”
That's what one founder said about my framework for building brilliant growth businesses. See what he means by checking out the B3 framework®. buff.ly/3PVpkax
Making decisions fast is vital for scaling businesses, but they often lack tools, processes, and culture to do this effectively. Leaders need to define boundaries, set a shared decision-making process, and be conscious of the context of a decision made. buff.ly/3LAHEnL
Learn about the difficulties encountered by business founders transitioning from a founder role to a CEO role in a tech growth business. In my experience this is something many founders fail to prepare for in advance. buff.ly/3PEBRy1
It's time for your weekly reminder that I write an email newsletter that founders in seed and series A founders love. It's full of practical advice, contrarian thinking and tools to build resilient, sustainable technology growth businesses. buff.ly/3PVsevU
📢 Calling post-seed / series A founders! If you're facing scaling challenges, check out the B3 framework®. It helps start-ups scale into resilient, sustainable companies. Early feedback is super positive. buff.ly/3PVpkax
In this week's email newsletter I shared an organisational design technique I use in my consultancy work with clients - how to design the right senior leadership team for a scaling business. build.simonwakeman.com/desig…

Unless you make software for prisons or factory farms, you have customers who are fascinating. So have your engineers talk to those customers to boost their motivation and engagement. Have them write feature designs, marketing material, FAQs, customer briefs....
Great stuff Tom. And thanks for sharing too. Bringing balls into the open (metaphorically speaking) is a good thing.
So who do I know on Twitter who can help get #checkyourcrownjewels some serious reach today?
I had a ball removed yesterday for suspected testicular cancer. I was lucky. I want more men to check their balls regularly and talk about it.
On coronation day pls RT to make a real difference. #checkyourcrownjewels
Do it now, please. lnkd.in/eBc6dbkX

Spent a bit of time updating an unloved page about what Chief Operating Officers actually do. buff.ly/3mQ3J7E
Still need to build out the links section more - what are the best resources I should be adding about the COO role?
