A blog post about why home batteries need to have the mandated provision of a documented, supported local API: simonhackett.com/2026/05/18/…

Hello @TeslaAUNZ … can you read the below? I’d love a reply to my questions.
I don’t want a new car, I just want what I paid for.
Yours sincerely, your first and oldest customer in this country. Our family currently has seven @Tesla vehicles.
“Thank you for your loyalty”? Gah. After 8+ years on multiple cars, how about just delivering me the outcome I pre-paid for, on the cars I paid for it to be on…and at least tell me *when* you’ll be doing the HW4 hardware update to make it happen, because FSD clearly needs it…

Yeah, this is a big misstep by @TeslaAUNZ and @elonmusk toward their biggest supporters. There are people out there having paid for FSD for longer than us like @simonhackett
Proud to be the 130th 😎 on @BackerKit for Enshittification: the DRM-free audiobook. Thanks @doctorow enshittification.backerkit.c…
This. 100 times, this. I am very much in the same situation. Our model S and X both have ‘full self driving computer 3’ to go with our 8+ year old purchase of FSD. The silence from @Tesla is deafening.
The owners of older #Tesla vehicles who purchased #FSD long ago have not heard anything at all from Tesla for years. Maybe I should have bought Tesla #shares instead.. thedriven.io/2025/09/04/tesl…
I just backed Enshittification: the DRM-free audiobook on @Kickstarter kickstarter.com/projects/doc…
Two things wrong with this page about EV's...
First, there was an extra word in the article title about standardised range testing (...'fixed that for you').
Second - are we still saying 'self-charging hybrids' about ICE cars? That is as silly as 'self-licking ice-cream'.

A pretty super wave soarig flight at The Vale in Tasmania today :)
Climbed up to FL180 (local airspace limit) in strong, smooth lift.
What a view!

I made a complaint about a failed @CommBank transaction.
Netbank says my case can be viewed online. I clicked and - well - check the screen shot below.
(Complaints system is down)
I would file a complaint about the complaints system but- I cant :)
Oh the irony... it burns.
If you are @WOMADelaide this year, **do not miss** "The Unreachable Suspension Point", playing multiple times a day. Mesmerising and emotional and just... wonderful. Fifteen minutes that will stay with you for a very long time. womadelaide.com.au/lineup/se…
Being at @WOMADelaide is awesome as always. Here is PJ Harvey on opening night...
