A fantastic talent. deadline.com/2026/06/james-b…
I’m barely on the social mediums these days but just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and the finest and dandiest of new years.
Jo was a gifted actor and such a kind and generous soul. When she knew her character in Breeders was based on my late mum she went out of her way to get her Battersea accent pitch perfect. Gone far too soon, she’ll be much missed by everyone who had the privilege to know her.

A lovely afternoon at BBC Broadcasting House recording with the marvellous @simonblackwell writer of top class comedies such as The Thick Of It, Breeders, Veep, Back, and so many more. Our chat coming soon to The Comedy Club on @BBCRadio4Extra
Shocked and saddened to see this. Bill was a lovely, funny, talented writer and producer who gave so many people their start in comedy. Thoughts are with his family and friends. Horrible news.
Great news, this is a terrific show.
I'm delighted to say that #Ludwig is returning for a second series. Thanks so much to everyone who watched series one. And if you didn't, you still can: bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episodes/m…

Love this series, genius writing, fab so funny. Highly recommend. It’s a shame it came to an end 😊
Seasons 1 to 3 are on Netflix, or all four of them are available on Sky and Now TV.
Very late to the party, I know, but I'm really loving #Breeders by @simonblackwell Not very often you watch something that makes you laugh out loud whilst your eyes are full of tears.

Hey guys, it’s been the shitest year in tv drama production I have ever lived through. So with that in mind I’d bloody love it (financially) if you would employ me in one of my many skills I have to offer, script reader, podcast editor, website builder, script writer? Help me!!!!
Looking forward to this very much.
