Brilliant work by cartoonist @BJennings90, perfectly capturing the absurdity of counter-terror policing in the UK. #SallyRooney #SarahHelm
Thanks to @WelsbyElton for alerting me to this @MCmarkjones photo from Kate Bush's visit to Radio City, where she was interviewed by then Everton captain Mike Lyons - an encounter recalled in 'The Man Who Bled Blue'. #EFC

There has never, in our lifetimes, been a genocidal ethnic cleansing campaign that the genocidal ethnic cleaners have so openly bragged about doing.
Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz on Lebanon:
Look at what is happening in Lebanon.
Today, more than 60 villages in southern Lebanon, beginning with those adjacent to the border, and beyond that, throughout the entire security zone up to the Yellow Line, an area of 700 square kilometers, are destroyed.
All the villages have been wiped out. Twenty-three thousand houses, all destroyed, demolished.
I am not even talking about what is underground, about the tunnels. Everything has been destroyed.
There are no residents there. Two hundred thousand residents are outside.
This is the Gaza model. And this is the model we are implementing.

🔴 Vehicles carrying diplomats from France, Belgium, and Poland were attacked by settlers in the West Bank village of Taybeh.
Settler terror gangs seem determined to show diplomats what Palestinians endure every day. The IDF, meanwhile, seems determined to show them that it can’t handle these settler militias. In reality, it arms them.

Watch the first clip here. Heidi Levine is a Washington Post journalist in her mid 60s. Let's see how the Western media handles this one.

If you haven’t yet seen this, it’s worth taking a look at this detailed examination of the UK Govt’s response to Israel’s bombardment of Gaza. One key revelation is when aid workers including British nationals were killed in an Israeli strike on a World Central Kitchen convoy. Two days later, the then UK Foreign Sec David Cameron signed off on the latest arms export approval to Israel. That same day he announced an urgent and “transparent” investigation into the attack. channel4.com/programmes/brit…

Many of English football's best players started off on a local pitch, with a volunteer coach, and the best of those are the ones who never forget that!

"It is hard to overstate the scale of death, destruction, and suffering inflicted on Gaza... The 223,000 tons of explosives dropped on Gaza—roughly equivalent to 15 times the power of the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima—have killed more than 74,000 Palestinians, the vast majority of them civilians, and reduced most of Gaza to rubble. Israel’s assault, over which it is currently on trial for genocide at the International Court of Justice, has wiped out some 92 percent of Gaza’s housing stock, 95 percent of its farmland, all 12 of its universities, and nearly half of its 36 hospitals—in other words, the very institutions and infrastructure that sustain life." - @elgindy_
