I’ve been thinking about how so many women are overqualified and underpaid in their corporate jobs. Research shows that women are more likely to get multiple degrees, additional certifications or wait till they have more experience before they think they deserve a higher salary

All they needed to increase their corporate salary was: A step by step strategy to communicate their value to the company based on their existing experience. This strategy I taught them helped them get promoted, secure raise or land a higher paying job offer.
