Remember these companies have known all this for a long-time - their climate science decades ago was in line with forecasts and models today. They just chose to hide it and lobby against climate action, all in the interests of making as much money as possible, regardless.

It's World Book Day and almost International Women's Day - so I can't resist a shout out to many of the amazing thinkers, doers & changemakers who inspire me every day, and who just happen to be women. #WorldBookDay #IWD23
This is why climate action needs to be targeted at the right people - and why we need to look at the inequalities built in our society because not everyone is responsible
1% of people were responsible for almost a quarter of greenhouse gas emissions over 1990-2019
Eye-opening stats in this piece on emissions inequality over the past 3 decades.

Overturning Roe and outlawing abortions will never make them go away.
It only makes them more dangerous, especially for the poor + marginalized.
People will die because of this decision. And we will never stop until abortion rights are restored in the United States of America.
