Hello @StefanoGogioso , my team has been looking at this. It looks like we had duplicate profiles for you, and so we actioned the original request and removed one profile, but we missed the other one – obviously that was a mistake on our part, I’m sorry about that. 1/2

Thanks Stefano - this is all a bit strange, the large majority of our opt out requests are processed automatically and go live in a few hours, the ones that need some manual processing (because something hasn't quite matched up) can take a bit longer, but 1/2
