NSW Health has issued a warning regarding severe opioid overdoses in the Penrith area in the last month.
Nitazenes are potent synthetic opioids which can be stronger than fentanyl and hundreds of times more potent than heroin.

Heck, the funding of sniffer dogs in NSW alone could fund #pilltesting throughout the ENTIRETY of Australia.
And it would reduce, rather than increase, the risk of harm from drugs to young Australians.
If we redirect just 7.5% of funds spent on drug enforcement, we could:
➡️Almost entirely end AIDS among people who inject drugs;
➡️Prevent viral hepatitis among people who use drugs; and,
➡️Save more lives through Naloxone distribution.
