anyways this was the outfit i would have worn to the date tonight what a shame for him

was going to take a day trip to seattle today to do some hiking a guy asked me to not go because he wanted to take me on a date he last minute cancels and now he will never hear from me again because i could have been in seattle right now hiking and enjoying nature

i got called fat when i posted this and i wasn’t going to respond until i felt ready i used to weigh way more, i have hypothyroidism, i gained 25lbs when i lived abroad in asia earlier this year and have been trying hard to lose it, and i consistently have been at the gym every day for the past month and eating high protein and in a calorie deficit ever since after going through a very deep depression hole during a breakup with an ex that was a raging alcoholic and physically hurt me multiple times i could’ve just stayed depressed and stayed laying in bed being sad that i couldn’t save someone i cared about a lot and had to just witness them continue to spiral downwards and re-live a horror that i went through similarly when i used to be an alcoholic as well and it was terrifying to witness firsthand how i used to be and not be able to do anything to help someone that refused my help and would hurt me if i tried i posted this pic because my jacket finally fit me again and i was happy to start looking like myself again and losing weight finally and i was beginning to be happy again after pulling myself out of a depression pit i wish people on the internet could be kinder with what they say to others on here

finally reached overall top 10 in my cycling class and peaked at top 5 a few times today during races woohoo 🥹

one of my yoga instructor’s is pregnant and due any day now and she told me she felt the baby kick and was scared her water almost broke and i responded with “do you want me to kick it back” my brain didn’t process what i said until it left my mouth and thank god she laughed 😭
