How I run my companies: ✅ No more than 2 hours of scheduled time per day. ✅ Working remotely, and having all team members do the same. ✅ Only doing work that feels like play (+ delegating the rest). ✅ Most importantly, having fun.

For the first 3-years of running my company, I used to work 8-12 hours a day. I ended up hiring Chief Of Staff, who runs everything day-to-day and improves the company. I chat with her on the phone once a month, and I'm able to focus on the highest-leverage tasks.

Once you've found the Chief Of Staff, you can focus on 3 things as the CEO: 1. KPIs to track to see the health of the biz 2. Setting the culture - what we believe 3. Defining the strategy - where are we going + resting.

Many entrepreneurs work insane hours until they retire. Instead, break the cycle, hire an exceptional Chief of Staff and you'll be able to: ✅ Close the laptop for weeks. ✅ Spend more time with family & friends. ✅ Grow your company & revenue.

All of the most successful entrepreneurs I know operate on a long-term mindset. There's only so much you can do in a month, or even a year, but imagine what you could do in 20 years?

Mark Manson really started a trend with 'The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck'.. More and more authors have started cursing in their titles.. Same with podcast titles.. Same with article headlines..

One of the best ways to grow a business is through strategic partnerships. It's so often overlooked.. For instance, @nathanbarry and ConvertKit is a great example how you can use it as scalable growth channel.
