Startup employees and investors don't nearly pay enough attention to QSBS. Would have saved me millions of dollars at GitHub (ugh).

favorite new @signedco feature is parsing revenue from investor updates so I can take actual month-over-month changes and compare them to a founder's... sometimes overly enthusiastic projections
