My spicy take of the day is I think it's an incredible disservice to people in their 20s to tell them 1) they don't need to work hard and 2) they don't need to spend time learning from more experienced people in person.

It makes for hilarious hide and seek games, where they are "hiding" in plain sight of you. It is just that they have closed their eyes, or they can't see you and they think you can't see them.
This is because they haven't developed a theory of mind, which is uniquely human.
This paper shows that LLMs may have developed a theory of mind. 🧠🧠⚡️
