This is cool.
We believe voice is the most natural way to interact with intelligence, so we created Dessa, the most authentic full-duplex speech model ever built. Talking with it feels like talking with a person…full of emotion, nuance, pauses, and a natural cadence.

I'm shipping an iOS app with a team of AI bots. One lists it on the App Store, one runs the site, one files bugs. Claude Code fixes them, and nothing merges until QA passes the exact commit.
The chief of staff bot runs all of it. Now you can grab a copy and point it at your own app.

I set Grok and Claude on the same question, blind. Neither sees the other's answer.
Then my bot Tally reads both and goes to the sources itself: filings, press releases, the actual slide. If both models agree and the source says otherwise, the source wins. Two models agreeing proves nothing on its own.
Every finding comes back graded A to D. Anything it can't trace to a source gets marked unverified and left out.

Claude Opus 5.5 is surprisingly good at motion graphics. Connected it to my retailens repo and it churned out these decent product update videos while staying within my usage limits. Thanks to @SwaroopH for the tip! retailens.com/updates

HomeView doesn't necessarily roll off the tongue. I don't see myself referring to it as HomeView with my kids. HomePod sure.
A possibly better approach:
HomePod View [this one]
HomePod Mini [as is]
HomePod HiFi [their larger speakers]
Build the ecosystem under HomePod.
They're too close.
Tim Cook's take on why competitors can't copy Apple is sharper than most people realize.
They start by copying the product. Then they realize the product isn't the hard part.
Cook said it directly: people who try to copy Apple first try to copy what they can see. The hardware. The design. The packaging. And they can get close on all of it.
But the thing that made the product — the organizational culture, the decision-making, the obsessive prioritization — that's invisible from the outside. You can't find it in a teardown.
This is why Apple's moat has held for decades while better-funded competitors kept losing. Samsung had more SKUs. Google had more engineers. Amazon had more distribution. None of it translated into the same output because none of it replicated the same input.
The lesson for founders is uncomfortable: if your competitive advantage is visible in your product, it's already copyable. The real moat is the culture that makes the product — and that takes decades to build, not quarters.
Reverse-engineering the iPhone is an engineering problem. Reverse-engineering how Apple decides what to build is a different problem entirely.
