Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Maharashtra, appreciates the inspiring journey of Siddhesh Lokare. The Prophet ﷺ said, "The best of people are those who are most beneficial to people." Siddhesh is a living example of that prophetic advice. His story reminds us how one life, shaped by hardship, can become a means of hope for thousands. Growing up in extreme poverty, he understood early that knowledge is the strongest ladder out of injustice. Today, through Mission 30303, he is striving to rebuild 30 rural schools across Maharashtra in just 30 days, raising crores to restore dignity to classrooms long forgotten. Islam teaches us that seeking and spreading knowledge is an act of worship. When we educate the poor and marginalized, the reward does not end in this world; it grows and multiplies manyfold. Siddhesh’s work shows that sincere intention (niyyah), hard work, and transparency can become a source of inspiration even when a cause is not “trending” and fashionable. At a time when thousands of schools lack basic facilities, this effort is a wake-up call for society. If one individual can walk thousands of kilometres, mobilise people, and act with courage, what stops the rest of us from contributing even a small share? Let us all pledge to contribute whatever we can towards the noble cause of educating children from the marginalized communities. #SiddheshLokare #Mission30303 #EducationForAll #RuralEducation #Maharashtra

When I came across the story of young Arohi from Satara through Mission 30303 by creator @sidiously_ , it truly stayed with me. Despite losing her father early, Arohi became the first female wrestler from her taluka, inspired by @SakshiMalik, driven by her own fire to do it for her father. She’s already won several medals and dreams of representing India one day. Stories like hers remind us that no dream is too big when a child believes, and a community stands behind that belief. A social media creator, (@sidiously_), recently took 30 elderly women, fondly called “Aaji Bai,” to Ayodhya, gifting each of them their first-ever jhumkas. The heartwarming gesture, captured on video, has gone viral, spreading across platforms and touching thousands. The women, many of whom had never owned jewellery, expressed overwhelming joy, the initiative was meant to celebrate their resilience and bring a smile to their lives. Locals and online viewers have praised the act for its simplicity and emotional depth. 👉Celebrating Simple Joys – The group’s journey to Ayodhya included visits to local temples and markets. The women were seen laughing, sharing stories, and trying on the jhumkas, which shone brightly against their traditional attire. One Aaji Bai remarked, “I never imagined I would wear such earrings in my life,” capturing the sentiment of many. 👉Background of the Initiative – The creator, known for community-driven content, had previously organised smaller acts of kindness for senior citizens. This larger event drew attention to the joys of simple gifts and elder care, highlighting the importance of emotional well-being among older adults. The Logical Indian's Perspective – Acts like these remind us that empathy transcends wealth and fame. Celebrating the elderly with dignity and joy fosters community harmony and inspires social kindness. ⚡⚡How can we, as a society, create more such moments for those often overlooked? I think early stage founders should create a pool in which 10-20 other similar staged/valued founders contribute their shares. VCs hedge their bets by investing in a portfolio. Founders should also hedge (partially) by doing these share-swaps with a common pool of startups.

In marketing everyone is searching for the next big thing. My advice? Stop chasing trends. Instead figure out how to do common things uncommonly well.
