Google, I was unaware there is a movie category called "husbands". Would you care to explain this?

While Ponito uses Programmatic SEO, which @rustybrick says "Google is generally not a fan of," their other big issue is that they're largely composed of content duplicated from elsewhere, and many pages are essentially search results. Why would I want this vs. Google Shopping?

If you're like me, you probably have used Radaris.com in the past to find biz contacts. Well, no longer - the domain name was seized (not thru UDRP!) in a data privacy lawsuit that alleged Radaris published home addresses of judges, prosecutors, police, etc.

I feel like I just stumbled upon a secret, dark ops technology site in Plano, Texas. 🚁🛰️ Here's what happened: I was out and about and I craved a lunch item one of my go-to lunch restaurants no longer carries. So, I had an idea I could maybe get something similar from an Asian restaurant, and I searched Google Maps for the food combo (barbecue tofu). I found a place that seemed to have it that was about 5 minutes away. I ordered online and drove to the place, and it was like I went to the wrong place - it didn't look anything like a restaurant. No windows, and a drive with just a very few parking spaces and some employee parking behind. It dawned on me that I had ordered from one of those "ghost kitchens" that popped up when DoorDash became more popular. 👻 What was more interesting was what was next to it - an open area behind industrial-looking fencing, sort of like the fencing used by the electrical utility company where they have fenced-off open areas where there are huge transformers or other electrical equipment. I had only half caught sight of this area as I turned up the drive, because the building looked at first like I was in some industrial, high-security zone rather than an eatery, and I was trying to find a restaurant to pick up food. So, I had half caught sight of these metal tree-like structures with tiny airplane shapes on them, and my brain first thought it was an amusement park ride! This is because my grandpa used to work in his later years at Liberty Land in Memphis, Tennessee, as a ride engineer/repairman. He would take me to the park when I was about 7 yo when it was closed and let me ride any ride as long as I wanted. My favorite ride was the airplanes - the ride had a tall metal column in the middle and at the top arms radiated outward with chains hanging down from the ends, and tiny, child-sized airplanes hung off of them. I'd get in a plane, and he'd turn on the ride and it would spin the airplanes with them picking up speed and lifting up outwards as it ran. I'd sit there for an hour or two, flying, delighted! So, that's what I thought I saw at first when I glimpsed what was in the fence - an amusement park airplane ride. But, I then recognized these were all large drones, and this must be a big drone station - apparently called a "Vertiport", "Droneport", or "Vertihub". It's apparently next to the ghost kitchen to deliver food orders. The metal "trees" have multilevel drone docking stations with checkerboard graphics that I assume are for orientation. So, it's not really secret, but it is part of our strange new world. I believe we will see more and more of these being built all over. I understand there are some drone deliveries happening where I live up north a few miles from this one, but the service has not seemed available for my neighborhood yet. I have seen increased drone activity over my neighborhood, however. Have you seen such Vertiports where you are? Do you believe this is a good or a bad thing?

I'm serving on a case to rebut a self-styled "SEO Expert", and those of you in #SEO would NOT believe the bogus claims he uses about SEO, ranking factors, and how Google functions. You may feel threatened by AI, but just know that all of you in the SEO world are deeply needed!

There is a fiberoptic outage affecting AT&T internet users throughout the Dallas Metroplex this afternoon. Even @wfaa has reported on it. My @ATT/@ATTHelp account estimates fix at 10:00pm. I hope so. We should get a prorated refund for hours of outage. wfaa.com/article/news/local/…

I wrote about BadMenExposed·com, BadMenReport·com, & InfidelityFiles·com - a predatory network of defamation/extortion websites. The sites were taken offline shortly after my post. Coincidence? Probably not. Criminals got scared! thedefamation.expert/how-to-…

I don't know who needs to hear this, but putting up an "under construction" message on your homepage is immediately very bad for your SEO. It's also pretty unnecessary in this day and age, where you could work on stuff on a development server without impacting production.

The website that put up this sign has been online since at least 2019, so this is not a case of a brand new website still under construction -- they have been in production for years and abruptly put up a "pardon our mess" sign now. = Bad for SEO!
